1. Description of Service
Loom is an intelligent companion application designed to assist users in managing, monitoring, and nurturing apartment-scale botanical setups, terrariums, and aquatic microclimates (such as Betta fish habitats).
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Loom offers optional premium subscription tiers (“Loom Plus”) billed on a weekly or annual basis.
2.1 Billing and Renewal
- Apple ID Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
2.2 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple device settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Name / Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions and select Loom Plus to cancel or modify your tier.
3. Informational and AI Care Disclaimer
Loom Plusvides automated environmental reminders, habit schedules, and AI-driven image analysis for educational and hobbyist assistance only. Loom does not provide certified veterinary, agricultural, or professional chemical diagnostic services. You remain solely responsible for the physical care and safety of your living flora and fauna.
4. User Content and Conduct
When uploading photos for habitat diagnosis or interacting with community features, you agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or copyright-infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and biological algorithms within Loom are the exclusive property of Loom Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loom Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
