We collect only the minimum data required to power your personal habitat dashboard and synchronize your experience across your Apple devices:

  • Account Identifier & Moniker: When you sign in via Apple ID or email, we store a pseudonymized user identifier and your chosen display moniker to secure your account.
  • Optional Email: Used exclusively for essential account service notifications, transaction receipts, and customer support.

2.2 Habitat Configurations & Telemetry

  • Setup Details: Custom habitat names, tank volumes, botanical/aquatic species (e.g. Betta fish, terrarium mosses, tropical foliage), and substrate types.
  • Microclimate Rules: Your custom target temperatures, humidity thresholds, and lighting schedules.

2.3 Care Rituals & Streak History

  • Task Logs: Timestamps of completed care tasks (watering, water changes, trimming, feeding) and streak counts to display your analytics.

2.4 Camera Diagnosis Photos

  • Temporary Inference: When you use the AI Camera Diagnosis feature, photos of your plant foliage, pests, or water conditions are transmitted securely to provide immediate botanical insights.
  • Storage Scope: Photos are stored solely for you to view in your personal diagnosis history. They are strictly isolated and never repurposed.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is processed strictly for:

  1. Rendering your personal dashboard: Calculating care reminders, task schedules, and habit analytics.
  2. Real-time habitat insights: Providing instant AI diagnosis results when requested by you.
  3. Cross-device synchronization: Ensuring your setup remains accessible across your iPhone and iPad.

  • Instant Deletion: Erase your account and all associated telemetry instantly in the iOS app under Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account.
